At Creating Dreams Parents Hub, we believe parents deserve more than endless online searching, conflicting advice and feeling they have to figure everything out alone.

We’re building a supportive, non-judgemental membership where parents can access trusted expert guidance, practical support and community - from pregnancy through to raising teenagers, while recognising that to support children we need to support parents too.

Our Story

Hi, we’re Flic and Michele, two mums with a shared passion for helping family life feel that little bit easier.

Between us, we have four children, a whole lot of sleepless nights, tantrums and endless snack requests.

We know parenting can be joyful, exhausting, challenging and rewarding - often all at once.

Like many parents, we’ve experienced how parenting can raise new questions at every stage.

Some are expected - sleep, feeding, behaviour, school challenges.

Others are the things you don’t realise you may need support with until you’re living them - emotional wellbeing, child development concerns, recovery after birth, relationships, or navigating your own wellbeing as a parent.

And that is really where the idea for Creating Dreams Parents Hub began.

Through our own experiences, and through meeting and learning from incredible professionals, we kept discovering expert support in areas we didn’t even know existed when we first needed them.

Support that could have made a huge difference earlier.

It made us realise something important:

Parents often don’t struggle because support doesn’t exist, but because they don’t always know what support exists, where to find it, or who to trust.

We created Creating Dreams Parents Hub to change that.

To bring trusted experts, practical guidance and supportive community together in one place - so parents have somewhere clear to turn, whatever stage they’re in.

Our mission is to help parents feel more confident, informed and supported through every stage of parenting and family life.

We do that by bringing together trusted experts across a wide range of topics - supporting children’s development, parental wellbeing, relationships and the wellbeing of the whole family.

Because when parents are supported, the whole family benefits.
